how it works

The Lone Arranger can do everything from a simple interior or exterior color consultation to a full scale remodel. We believe that all space can be cool without spending tons of moolah. We strive to take into consideration YOUR needs, YOUR taste and lifestyle, while guiding you humorously through what can sometimes be a very tedious process.

It starts with a phone call (YOU call US). We want to hear what you would like to achieve, and you probably want to hear more about our process (and what we sound like). Then – WE want to see your house, garden, office, store, container, school, igloo, loft, hotel, motel, treehouse, mobile home, restaurant…. whatever!

Sometimes, after our first phone conversation, we can give you a good idea of cost if we are dealing with simple room rearranging or colors, but we always need to see the site before we can give you a realistic bid on more elaborate projects.

Every job is completely different from the next and requires it’s own considerations and pricing. Below is a simple price menu to get you started, (and hopefully excited).

-Exterior home color consultation: $250.

-Interior home color consultation: $100/room (2 room minimum).

-”Quick Fix Space-Lift”: $100/room (includes color consultation / 2 hour minimum per room / 2 room minimum).

-”Quick Fix” patio or garden consultation: $100/per area (2 hour minimum per area / 2 room minimum).

-”Uber Space-Lift”: Let’s meet and discuss.

-A travel + milage fee may apply.
